At Dooney & Bourke, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return policy for unused merchandise in its original condition. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Follow the prompts to generate a pre-paid UPS return shipping label; please note that a $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials and hangtags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
